This is an exciting opportunity to become a London Operations Manager for a fast-growing QSR brand. The future growth plan is projected at ten new UK sites per year and an ambition to take the brand nationally and internationally. The company is looking for an Operations Manager at this exciting stage of their evolution with the breadth and agility to grow with the business and drive their teams.
The Role
To provide operational support and control to the dedicated area of restaurants to ensure smooth and consistent service in all operational aspects, whilst driving excellence and overall profitability.
- To hold accountability for the commercial results of the area of restaurants
- Grow and develop the team of people within the area
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Reinforce the company culture of customer focus, teamwork and integrity.
The Candidate
Having had experience in running a multi-site restaurant/QSR brand, you will be ready to take on an existing role but with the ability and drive to push your own new ideas and strategy.
