They’re inclusive, passionate and adventurous in everything they do, from beer conception through to design, brewing and welcoming taproom experience. The next step is taking their product into new venues and they require a Senior General Manager to come and run the show.

The Role

They love great craft beer – and they want everyone to be as passionate about it as they are. This is an exciting time for a self-proclaimed beer geek/super slick operator to join a new business as it opens its first sites in London. With the autonomy to run the business as your own, you will be setting up new sites, hiring your team, taking full responsibility of the P&L and setting the standards to be consistently delivering a smooth business strategy.

You’ll understand your target customers and know how to create exceptional experiences for them. Acting as a role model/ambassador for the brand, you will lead by example in all areas of the role projecting a positive, professional and friendly image to everyone.

As a natural born leader, you’ll set high standards and will ensure that your team have the tools to deliver what is expected of them. You’ll create a fun and rewarding environment where the team are invested and encouraged to motivate each other and take an active interest in each other’s welfare, safety and development. Your ability to train employees will ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency whilst providing amazing guest experience while delivering results. 

The Candidate

You will currently be a General Manager of a hospitality venue. What is essential is your guest obsession, your inspirational leadership style, your adaptability, and love for all things hospitality.

You’ll be a strong multi-tasker, at your best when spinning a lot of plates and as happy on the floor driving the team from within as you are making plans to continually drive the business forward.

You will have a successful track-record of managing highly profitable operations, introducing, maintaining and upgrading to the highest standards of service and products.

You will maintain a keen interest in new technology, market trends and competitor, keeping updated of new offerings in the sector and any other factors that may influence revenue.
