The Role

The Senior Sales Manager leads on the sales strategy across all segments of the business. They are responsible for setting sales targets and driving revenue to the business through their black book of contacts as well as proactively generating new business.

  • Manage and motivate your sales team to achieve targets in a fun atmosphere
  • Reporting into the Director of Sales, you will work with the senior management team to create and implement a sales plan to achieve the overall business goals
  • Assist with the developing and implementing new revenue lines through internal and external promotions

The Candidate

Our client is looking for a strong, high driven, experienced sales manager with a proactive mind-set. The Senior Sales Manager is a key part of the management team and has a responsibility to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve success.   • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays from Jan- Dec
