The role

The Head of Talent Acquisition will define, implement and review the acquisition strategy of this market leading hospitality business.

The focus will be on ensuring the attraction, engagement and successful recruitment of talent across the operations and central support functions.

This person will deliver an exceptional experience for both internal promotes and external recruits. This will be achieved through the development of a compelling people brand, the leadership of a team of Talent Resourcers, influence across the wider Talent function, and the creation of appropriate selection methods.

The talent strategy will ensure that immediate talent needs are met, as well as talent pooling for the future.


The person

An accomplished leader, with a track record of inspiring a team, as well as peers and stakeholders, you will demonstrate an ability to work in true partnership.

You will have sound knowledge of a variety of attraction channels to deliver quality candidates from entry level to senior hires.

An innovative thinker with an analytical style, you will use and interpret date to shape acquisition methodology.

You will be a highly competent planner of both time and resource.
