This is a really exciting opportunity for to become the Head of People for a fast growing and hugely dynamic restaurant group.  It is a newly created position and a chance to lead the entire people strategy and really add to the success of this business.

The brand is fun, forward thinking and have achieved great things in our market place and with some now ambitious plans for growth. The appointment of a Head of People is an important piece of the puzzle to take the business to the next stage of its evolution. This is an exciting time and this role is integral in the success of that future.



A newly created role as Head of People so this is an amazing opportunity to join a business where you will be responsible for writing the HR and people script in its entirety. You will lead the people agenda from recruitment and candidate attraction, inductions and on boarding, learning and development and you will work alongside the operations team to really build skills and capability levels.

A business in growth so formulating strong succession plans and talent mapping is going to be key to open new sites with existing teams. Your role will be working with the business to identify talent across the business and support the development of those individuals.

Your role will be all encompassing with a small team in place now but you will be responsible for building a structure around you to support the demands of the business.

The successful Head of People will need to have a successful track record of leading a people strategy at this level. The ideal candidate will come from a credible brand with a strong culture and understand the people challenges and opportunities and able to build a plan and vision that will respond to this.

You must be a proven HR specialist and a good all-rounder with exposure to L&D, recruitment and ER. You must naturally be comfortable multi-tasking and work in a fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate must have experience at this level but this could be a first time People Director appointment if you are a proven HRBP and feel ready for the next level.
