The Company: My client is a bold, international group of striking hotels across Europe, Middle East and Asia. Their London based Global Sales force is searching for a new team member to take a total account management approach to their top Corporate UK accounts -driving those accommodation requirements into the group globally. The Role:  Reporting into the Director of Global Sales- Western Europe, this Global Sales Manager- Corporate will develop and maintain a portfolio of key accounts within the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia, maximising revenue from each account across the group through proactive sales initiatives.

  • Build and execute a focussed sales plan for each key Corporate account to achieve personal sales and corporate account revenue targets
  • Establish and actively nurture trusting business relationships within each Global Corporate account including direct buyers, TMC’s, MICE/Group agencies
  • Build relationships with selected Concierge, Entertainment, Consortia, Airlines, Associations and Tourist Boards.
  • Organise and attend industry events, trade shows, road shows and sales missions/blitzes within region
  • Keep CRM up to date with account activities in order to effectively contribute to monthly sales meetings
  • Maintain strong relationships with all hotels in group to ensure the best possible business for each corporate account

The Candidate: The successful Global Sales Manager- Corporate will:

  • Have quantifiable connectivity within the region’s corporate market and have proven success in a target driven 4/5* hotel sales environment
  • Have an organised, accountable and focussed work manner and an open communication style
  • Be a positive team member, a likeable and trustworthy account manager and possess an all-around “good egg” of a personality!
  • Be a natural influencer capable of negotiating effectively and at all levels both internally and externally
  • Strategically approach potential future business opportunities over the short, medium and long term
