My client is a home grown and very successful purchasing company supplying to the UK hospitality industry. Business needs now dictate that they take on a new team member to manage existing and build new accounts based in London and the South East including, but not limited to small to medium hotels. Offering flexibility and increased purchasing power, my client is an attractive and risk/cost free partner for the hotel/restaurant and care home industries.

The Role is to:

This Business Manager will manage existing and build new accounts within the hotel and wider hospitality industry in London and the South.

  • Penetrate existing accounts to promote business across all departments
  • Create and execute a business plan covering potential and existing accounts
  • Work with clients and suppliers alike to create the best possible offering and solutions for clients
  • Manage/mentor more junior sales team members
  • Increase accounts across the region

The Candidate will:

  • Be an accountable self starter with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Work from home, managing own schedule and sales action plan
  • Represent the company at Trade Shows acting as an ambassador and helping to win market share over competitors.
  • Be a positive team member
  • Take an organised and focussed approach to business development
