The Company:

My client is a hustling, bustling gateway through time of a hotel with Victorian “bones” and modern British character and style- a wonderful example of what good looks like in London today! Searching for a Resident Manager to perfectly compliment the executive team and to help keep this amazing crew on track to achieve even greater success going forward. A career enhancing platform of a property part of an international Hotel group, this is an excellent opportunity for a Rooms Division strong #2 on his/her journey to #1.

The Role: The Resident Manager will:

  • Work closely with the General Manager on overall strategy and then deliver the best results possible.
  • Step in for General Manager whenever needed
  • Help to build, plan, organize and manage activities across the following departments: Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Spa, Club
  • Support HOD’S in their personal and team development
  • Be responsible for Health & Safety Requirements
  • Be visible and accessible!

The Candidate: The successful Resident Manager will:

  • Have worked in a similar role at a 5* property, preferably in London
  • Have a strong background in Rooms Division and a well rounded understanding of F& B
  • Be a team builder/player and have high communication/persuasion skills
  • Be extremely organised- and have a “completer” work style
  • Posses impeccable personal styling and professional demeanour
  • Be the Ambassador for the property and brand
