The Company:

My client is a design led destination trail blazing hotel which punches above its weight against now strong local competition. London pride is felt and reflected across the property and the team throughout its rooms, events, food & beverage and leisure spaces. Looking for an HRBP level People Manager with a coaching lean to pull together property and group brand values and strategy across the people piece in this snazzy hotel. Requires a positive People Proponent with an organised work style and a confident personality. Great time to join this ever growing and evolving hotel family! Managing one support within ER & recruitment.

The Role:

This People Manager will be responsible for devising and delivering the people culture for this punchy hotel: managing the L&D budget & programs; training HOD’s on internal development/retention, championing the mentorship program, developing benefits and strategy, be the ambassador within HR market and affiliated charities.

The Candidate:

A motivator with the natural ability to get buy-in on ideas- be they new to brand or otherwise. A coach with a commercial eye who believes in developing both a positive internal and external people culture and knows how to deliver it. Connected within the industry and open to new ideas, this person will help shape the standards of service throughout the departments as well as the commitment of care for the team. Must be CIPD qualified and accreditation within coaching and training.
